To return an item, you MUST contact us first to receive an authorization number. NO EXCEPTIONS. The easiest way to contact us is to e-mail us at info@ezdiscountstore.com to obtain authorization, and we can either repair or exchange the merchandise or issue a refund.
Items returned to us without an RMA on the box will not be accepted
Please ship insured, or with tracking, for proof of return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. EZ Discount Store highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
All merchandise returned for refund must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 25% charge. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
Clearance/Closeout - All Sales Final. Exchange only if item is damaged.
